Under supervision of the MPOWERHealth CNIM Academy, Director, the MPOWERHealth CNIM Academy, Mentor conducts and communicates performance updates on Associate Technicians and assists with supplemental guidance and instruction. Duties are not limited to the responsibilities listed below and are subject to change for development and refinement of the MPOWERHealth CNIM Academy.
