Location: This is an In-Office role at our office in San Antonio, TX.

 

Compensation: Compensation is determined based on the following criteria:

  • Low Range: Entry-level experience with foundational skills.
  • Mid Range: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities.
  • High Range: Extensive experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles.

Pay will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and qualifications during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

 What You'll Be Doing:

  •  Reviewing weekly clinical reports to identify and manage cases with adverse outcomes.

  •  Making daily phone calls to patients who received IOM services, using a provided script to ask thoughtful, engaging questions.

  •  Documenting patient feedback with precision and care.

  •  Communicating with patients, insurance providers, and attorneys to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

 What You Bring to the Table:

  •  1+ years of solid experience in medical collections is required.

  •  Solid understanding of CPT codes, ICD-10, and healthcare regulations.

  •  Thorough knowledge of HIPAA privacy regulations.

  •  Lightning-fast, accurate data entry skills.

  •  Emotional intelligence with a compassionate, tactful communication style.
