Job Summary:
Collaborate closely with various departments to coordinate resources, conduct orientation sessions and address logistical needs. Your exceptional communication skills will be vital in effectively communicating our company's culture, policies and procedures to new hires. Additionally, you will facilitate connections between new employees and their colleagues, promoting collaboration and a sense of belonging within our company. Own the onboarding process from offer acceptance through the 90-day mark, ensuring every new hire has a smooth and positive experience.
Lead in-person onboarding facilitation every Monday, serving as the welcoming face of the company including office tours, escorting new hires to the training room, etc.
Coordinate all pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screenings, and required documentation.
Plan and manage the logistics of onboarding, including scheduling, preparing materials, and coordinating new hire swag, equipment, and workspace setup.
Conduct engaging new hire orientation sessions - introducing company culture, values, policies, and benefits in a way that excites and inspires.
Confidently present company information to groups of all sizes, including executives and leadership teams both onsite and remotly accross our Dallas and San Antonio location.
Serve as a trusted guide for new employees, answering questions, addressing concerns, and ensuring they feel supported during their first 90 days.
Partner closely with HR, IT, and hiring managers to deliver a seamless integration into our organization.
Facilitate the completion of new hire paperwork, benefits enrollment, and IT setup while ensuring compliance with employment and labour laws.
Track onboarding progress, monitor employee integration, and provide support as needed.
Continuously evaluate and improve onboarding processes to increase engagement, retention, and overall employee experience.
Other duties as assigned.
Associate’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (highly preferred).
3+ years of experience in onboarding and recruitment with a proven track record of successful onboarding programs and employee retention.
Strong knowledge of onboarding best practices, HR policies and procedures, and employment laws.
Demonstrated understanding of labour laws and regulations to ensure compliance during onboarding.
Experience collaborating with remote teams and supporting corporate onboarding programs.
Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline onboarding efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and deliver a positive experience.
Adaptability and flexibility to accommodate diverse employee needs and backgrounds.
Must maintain a professional appearance.
Consistent and reliable attendance is required.
