Position Overview:

 

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Director of Product Management – Email Solutions to lead our product strategy and execution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the end-to-end product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring our products meet the evolving needs of our customers. This is a unique opportunity to shape our product vision as we build innovative solutions and scale our business.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers and product owners, fostering a collaborative and customer-centric culture.
  • Provide guidance to the product team in prioritizing features, making trade-offs, and balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Translate market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights into actionable product roadmaps.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of product managers, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
  • Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and requirements gathering to launch and ongoing enhancements.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, customers, and partners.
  • Present product updates, insights, and strategic recommendations in a compelling and data-driven manner.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and ensure our products remain competitive.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine product features and positioning.
  • Continuously refine product management processes and best practices to drive efficiency and innovation.
  • Champion agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

Experience & Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Email Solutions management experience using Snowflake (email parsing tool)
  • Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and inspire teams to achieve outstanding results.
