Job Summary

 

The Product Owner – Email Parsing will lead the development of an Email Parsing product that powers downstream applications and operational workflows. This role will work closely with a Snowflake development team to design scalable solutions for parsing, classifying, and storing email data. The ideal candidate will partner with operations to continuously enhance email categorization and drive automation strategies that improve decision-making and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the Email Parsing platform, ensuring alignment with business and operational goals.
  • Collaborate with Snowflake developers to design and implement scalable data parsing and storage solutions.
  • Define and prioritize features that enable accurate email classification and support downstream automation.
  • Partner with operations teams to identify new email types, refine categorizations, and develop actionable insights.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear, actionable user stories with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, demos, and retrospectives.
  • Monitor sprint progress, remove blockers, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Support UAT, training, and rollout of new parsing and automation capabilities.
  • Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Communicate product status, delivery timelines, and business impact to stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

Core Requirements

Education and/or Experience

 

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

 

Required Skills:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or software implementation, preferably in data-driven or automation-focused environments.
  • Experience working with Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and the software development life cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Monday.com, Azure DevOps).
  • Ability to engage Director+ stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights.
  • Familiarity with email parsing, classification techniques, and automation workflows.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
