As a Senior Recruiter at MPOWERHealth, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate with leadership to build strong teams that make a difference. Your role will directly support our mission to transform healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding exceptional talent.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles across multiple departments.
  • Design innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.
  • Utilize ATS tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create a positive, seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Proven Expertise: A track record of success in recruiting senior-level and niche roles.
  • Relationship-Driven: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build trust and influence decision-making.
  • Strategic Mindset: Expertise in developing effective sourcing strategies for competitive markets.
  • Organized & Goal-Oriented: Strong attention to detail, time management, and a drive to meet deadlines.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency with ATS systems and sourcing tools, including iCIMS and UKG.
  • Collaborative Leader: Ability to work independently while thriving as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in healthcare or high-growth industries.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Comfort with high-volume recruiting and candidate engagement strategies.
  • Ability to perform and thrive in an environment that is dynamic, fast-paced, with ambiguity, minimal structure, and evolving processes.
