As a Senior Recruiter at MPOWERHealth, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate with leadership to build strong teams that make a difference. Your role will directly support our mission to transform healthcare.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding exceptional talent.
  • Partner with leadership to define hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines for key roles across multiple departments.
  • Design innovative and proactive sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage high-volume requisitions while maintaining a focus on quality and candidate experience.
  • Utilize ATS tools to optimize recruitment processes and improve efficiency.
  • Create a positive, seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.

Qualifications

What You Bring:

  • Proven Expertise: A track record of success recruiting senior-level and niche roles in healthcare or high-growth industries.

  • Relationship-Driven: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.

  • Strategic Mindset: Skilled in creating sourcing strategies and navigating competitive candidate markets.

  • Organized & Goal-Oriented: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.

  • Tech-Savvy: Strong working knowledge of iCIMS and UKG ATS/HRIS platforms.

  • Collaborative Leader: Comfortable working independently while contributing to a high-performing team.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare or related high-growth industries.

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.

  • Experience with high-volume recruiting as well as personalized candidate engagement strategies.

  • Ability to perform and thrive in an environment that is dynamic, fast-paced, with ambiguity, minimal structure, and evolving processes.
