As a Senior Recruiter at MPOWERHealth, you will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts, develop innovative sourcing strategies, and collaborate with leadership to build strong teams that make a difference. Your role will directly support our mission to transform healthcare.
What You’ll Do:
Proven Expertise: A track record of success recruiting senior-level and niche roles in healthcare or high-growth industries.
Relationship-Driven: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and influence hiring decisions.
Strategic Mindset: Skilled in creating sourcing strategies and navigating competitive candidate markets.
Organized & Goal-Oriented: Exceptional time management, attention to detail, and the ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Tech-Savvy: Strong working knowledge of iCIMS and UKG ATS/HRIS platforms.
Collaborative Leader: Comfortable working independently while contributing to a high-performing team.
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including at least 3 years in healthcare or related high-growth industries.
Proven success in sourcing and hiring for senior, niche, and hard-to-fill roles.
Experience with high-volume recruiting as well as personalized candidate engagement strategies.
