Position Overview:
The Manager of Learning & Development will lead the end-to-end strategy, design, and delivery of learning programs that enhance employee capability, accelerate onboarding, and support scalable growth across the organization. This role oversees all internal training initiatives, including technical training, new hire onboarding, leadership development, and career certification programs.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines strategic oversight with day-to-day execution. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and a doer—comfortable rolling up their sleeves to build programs from the ground up while collaborating cross-functionally with HR, department leaders, and subject matter experts.
