We are seeking an Executive Admininstrative Assistant that is a highly organized, proactive, professional and will provide high-level administrative support to members of our C-suite. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, ensuring seamless daily operations, managing schedules, preparing communications and materials, and representing the executive office with professionalism and discretion. This position is critical to enhancing executive effectiveness and organizational efficiency.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and team members.
· Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail. Draft and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
· Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
· Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing company events, meetings, and conferences. Coordinate logistics and manage event-related tasks.
· Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and team members. Address inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
· Project Support: Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports.
· Financial Administration: Process invoices, expense reports, and purchase orders.
· Technology Management: Troubleshoot basic IT issues and coordinate with IT support for more complex problems. Ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
· Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to support various departments as needed and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Education and/or Experience
· Degree preferred or experience equivalent
· 3+ years’ experience supporting executive level leadership
· Advanced skills with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Access, & Outlook
