The seasoned professional for this job needs superior communication and computer skills including familiarity, with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.  This individual specializes in the resolution of arbitration negotiations, schedule arbitration teleconferences, and performs a wide variety of tasks such as generating reports, correspondence, and setting up informal offers.

 

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results. As a Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multiple teams to achieve business objectives

  • Implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability

  • Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations

  • Allocate resources effectively

  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align departmental goals with company objectives

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

  • Associate degree or higher education, preferred not required

  • 3 or more years in Revenue Cycle Management or other relevant work experience

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a managerial role

 

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • In-depth knowledge of Independent Resolution Despite (IDR) process, preferred.

  • Knowledge of No Surprise Bill Act (NSA), preferred.

  • Working knowledge of relevant business management principles

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Working knowledge of word processing tools and other relevant software packages

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

  • Creating and developing an Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

  • Intermediate to Advance excel, recommended

  • Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, Visio
