Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

🔍 Preoperative Assessment – Conduct patient evaluations, review medical histories, and apply recording electrodes.
Intraoperative Monitoring – Analyze real-time electrophysiological data and work alongside surgeons to ensure patient safety.
🛠️ Equipment Management – Set up, calibrate, and troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment for optimal performance.
📡 Data Interpretation – Detect and communicate neurological changes with precision and clarity.
📚 Professional Development – Stay ahead in the field with access to advanced case training and 📖 ongoing education.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

✔️ CNIM or CNIM-eligible (this is not a training position).
✔️ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
✔️ Must have 1+ years of IONM experience – You’re ready to hit the ground running.
✔️ Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy & physiology – You understand the science behind the signals.
✔️ Excellent communication skills – You thrive in a team and can clearly relay critical findings.
✔️ Valid driver’s license & AHA CPR certification – Because patient safety comes first.

 

🔹 Bonus Points for:
🎓 An advanced degree in neuroscience or related field.
🛠️ Experience with advanced neuromonitoring modalities.
