🔬 What You’ll Do

• Provide real-time neuromonitoring in brain and spine surgeries, working alongside surgeons to protect patients’ nervous systems.
• Master the use of IONM equipment, learning to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize monitoring technology.
• Perform IONM modalities (MEPs, SSEPs, EMG, TOF) with precision and accuracy.
• Collaborate with surgical and anesthesia teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient data and monitoring results with attention to detail.
• Stay ahead of the curve—continuously refine your skills through ongoing training and professional development.

📌 What We’re Looking For

✔ Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Biology, Neuroscience, Psychology).
✔ Strong academic foundation in anatomy and physiology.
✔ Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and a valid driver’s license.
✔ Ability to lift and transport neuromonitoring equipment (up to 50 lbs.).
✔ Microsoft Office proficiency and a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
✔ Excellent interpersonal skills—you’ll be working closely with surgical teams.
✔ Attention to detail and strong analytical skills—because precision matters in the OR.
✔ Flexibility to work varying hours and on-call shifts.
✔ Previous healthcare experience is a plus but not required!
