Job Summary

 

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive results. As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple departments, ensuring operational efficiency, and contributing to the overall success of the organization.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience

 

· Associate degree or higher education, preferred not required

· 5 or more year in Revenue Cycle Management or other relevant work experience

· Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role.

 

Skills/Specialized Knowledge

 

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

· In-depth knowledge of Independent Resolution Despite (IDR) process, preferred.

· Knowledge of No Surprise Bill Act (NSA), preferred.

· Working knowledge of relevant business management principles

· Excellent attention to detail

· Working knowledge of word processing tools and other relevant software packages

· Strong written and verbal communication skills including technical writing skills

· Creating and developing an Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

· Intermediate to Advance excel, recommended

· Experience with MS Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, PowerBI, Visio

· Ability to be at work on a regular and consistent basis

 

Physical and Mental Demands

 

This position will spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers. The position may also entail light lifting of supplies and materials occasionally, up to and including 20 pounds in addition to reaching, stooping, standing, and walking.
