π² Compensation is determined based on the following criteria:
• Low Range: Entry-level experience with foundational skills.
• Mid Range: Solid experience with demonstrated proficiency in key responsibilities.
• High Range: Extensive experience with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
Pay will be evaluated based on experience, skills, and qualifications during the hiring process.
π Work Arrangement: This is a remote role: Travel expectation will be 25% at a minimum with additional travel as necessary.

π Your Role: Manager, Client Experience
As the heartbeat of our customer success, you will:
• Lead & Inspire: Mentor your team and influence client expectations π―
• Client Onboarding: Welcome new clients with engaging, proactive communication π€
• Enhance Experiences: Gather feedback, analyze metrics, and implement improvements to ensure top-notch service π
• Collaborate: Work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence π
• Innovate: Identify growth opportunities and lead special projects to optimize processes π‘
π Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications is requiredπ
• 4 + years’ experience as an Account Manager or similar role— in healthcare revenue cycle management preferred πΌ
• Experience in insurance, benefits, or healthcare revenue cycle π₯
• Proven leadership with strong communication, analytical, and project management skills π
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint π₯οΈ
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel (minimum 25% travel) π
