Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:

πŸ” Preoperative Assessment – Conduct 🩺 patient evaluations, review πŸ“‘ medical histories, and apply 🎯 recording electrodes.
⚑ Intraoperative Monitoring – Analyze πŸ“Š real-time electrophysiological data and work alongside πŸ‘¨‍βš•οΈπŸ‘©‍βš•οΈ surgeons to ensure πŸ›‘οΈ patient safety.
πŸ› οΈ Equipment Management – Set up, βš™οΈ calibrate, and πŸ”§ troubleshoot neuromonitoring equipment for optimal performance.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

βœ”οΈ CNIM or CNIM-eligible (this is not a training position).
βœ”οΈ Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
βœ”οΈ Must have 1+ years of IONM experience – You’re ready to hit the ground running.
βœ”οΈ Strong knowledge of neuroanatomy & physiology – You understand the science behind the signals.
βœ”οΈ Excellent communication skills – You thrive in a team and can clearly relay critical findings.
βœ”οΈ Valid driver’s license & AHA CPR certification – Because patient safety comes first.
