Responsibilities

šŸŒŸ Your Role: Reimbursement Specialist (In-Office)
In this essential role, you’ll help drive our revenue cycle by navigating insurance appeals, resolving outstanding balances, and ensuring timely reimbursements. You’ll be part of a collaborative team where your contributions truly matter.

šŸ—“ļø Schedule That Fits You:

  • šŸ’» Fully onsite for the first 90 days, with a hybrid option upon meeting performance goals.

  • šŸ•’ Flexible start time: 6:00 AM – 10:00 AM.

  • šŸ½ļø 30-minute or 1-hour lunch break between 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM.

  • šŸ“… 8-hour workday, Monday to Friday. Plan time off in advance for a healthy work-life balance!

šŸ’¼ What You'll Conquer:

  • Pursue outstanding insurance claims with determination and persistence.

  • Draft and submit persuasive appeal letters to overturn denials.

  • Decode Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) to identify and resolve discrepancies.

  • Collaborate with insurers to file appeals and negotiate resolutions.

  • Share insights and performance updates with the Collections Manager.

  • Provide solutions to management for recurring payer issues.

Qualifications

šŸ”‘ What You Bring to the Team:

  • 2+ years of medical collections experience.

  • Proficiency with EOBs, CPT, and ICD-10 codes.

  • Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulations.

  • Detail-oriented with fast and accurate data entry skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
