As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to drive strategic HR initiatives, optimize workforce solutions, and foster a high-performing culture. This is an in-office role in Addison, Texas

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll be at the forefront of aligning HR strategies with business objectives, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and operational excellence. This role requires a balance of strategic planning and tactical execution, making a direct impact on the organization’s success.
The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise and experience working within or alongside a Professional Employer Organization (PEO). You will serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring seamless HR operations while driving impactful initiatives.

✅ Bachelor’s degree and/or HR Certification with equivalent experience.
✅ 8-10 years of exempt-level HR experience, with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner.
✅ Deep understanding of HR policies, compliance, and regulations across the U.S.
✅ Expertise in leadership development, talent management, and change leadership.
✅ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to design and implement effective solutions.
✅ Healthcare industry experience is preferred
✅ Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
This role operates in a fast-paced office environment, requiring a mix of independent work and collaboration. While primarily a desk-based role, occasional light lifting (up to 20 lbs) and movement throughout the office are expected. Reasonable accommodations are available as needed.
