As we continue to grow, we are looking for a visionary IT leader to join our team as the Associate Vice President (AVP) of Information Technology.

Responsibilities

As the AVP of Information Technology, you will drive the strategic vision for Information Systems (IS), ensuring seamless integration of technology with business objectives. This role is about leadership, innovation, and efficiency, empowering teams and optimizing IT services to enhance performance, security, and scalability.

Your Impact:

🔹Lead with Excellence and Innovation – Inspire and empower a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement to drive operational excellence and business success.

 

 🔹Set and Execute IT Strategy – Establish the long-term vision for IS and collaborate with executive leadership to drive execution that supports business growth.

 

🔹 Optimize Systems & Services – Oversee systems analysis, design, feasibility studies, and automation to enhance information, communication, and office technology functions.

 

🔹 Drive Innovation & Continuous Improvement – Identify, recommend, and implement cutting-edge technologies that streamline operations, improve efficiency, and elevate business performance.

 

🔹 Manage IT Investments & Budget – Lead the acquisition of hardware, software, and services, ensuring cost-effective solutions while preparing, implementing, and optimizing the IS budget to maximize ROI.

 

🔹 Ensure Performance, Security & Reliability – Monitor and report on development projects, resource utilization, and production performance, ensuring the integrity, security, and resilience of all IT and communication systems.

 

🔹 Lead Project Planning & Execution – Facilitate the development of project plans and proposals, outlining objectives, IS requirements, and staffing needs to support seamless implementation.

 

🔹 Stay Ahead of Technological Advancements – Drive continuous improvements in IT staff, equipment, and processes to adapt to industry trends, economic shifts, and evolving business needs.

Qualifications

What You Bring to the Table:

Education & Experience

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 10+ years of IT experience, including executive leadership roles.

Key Skills & Expertise

  • Strong executive presence, demonstrating confidence, credibility, and strategic influence in all interactions.
  • Strong strategic planning, leadership, and team development abilities.
  • Expertise in IT security, compliance, and risk management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
