What You’ll Do

• Sort & Distribute: Ensure every piece of mail and package finds its way to the right hands quickly and accurately.
• Outgoing Mail Pro: Prepare letters, packages, and documents with precision, ensuring everything is labeled and shipped on time.
• Stay Stocked: Keep the inventory of mailing supplies fully stocked and ready to go.
• Equipment Master: Operate and maintain mailroom tools like postage machines, scanners, and folding machines.
• Courier Coordination: Work with third-party couriers to handle pickups and deliveries.
• Organized & Clean: Maintain a tidy and efficient workspace to keep everything running seamlessly.
• Confidentiality Expert: Handle sensitive materials with the utmost discretion.

What You Bring

• Experience Matters: Previous mailroom or administrative experience preferred, but enthusiasm and reliability go a long way.
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Accuracy is your superpower.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with office equipment like mailing machines and copiers.
• Strong Communicator: Professional and personable, you’ll interact with everyone from colleagues to vendors.
• Physical Stamina: Able to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
