As we continue to expand, we are looking for a dynamic Surgical Assist Director of Business Development to drive growth and establish valuable partnerships within healthcare facilities, surgical practices, and health systems.

The Director of Business Development is responsible for promoting and selling MPOWERHealth’s services to healthcare facilities, surgical practices, and healthcare systems. This includes identifying new business opportunities, conducting sales presentations, negotiating contracts, and providing essential clinical support. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of surgical assist services, experience in contracting, and a proven track record in business development. Frequent travel is required for this role.
