The Operations Supervisor plays a pivotal role in supporting day-to-day operations across all Surgical First Assist markets by managing urgent scheduling and coverage issues, working closely with clinical managers, and ensuring effective communication with surgeon offices. This individual will report to the Senior Operations Manager. The role is highly dynamic, with responsibilities that include overseeing scheduling support, managing relationships with surgeon offices, and driving process improvements to optimize operations.
